Information about this mission:

 Soyuz TMA-03M was a spaceflight to ISS. It launched on 21 December carrying three members of Expedition 30 to ISS. 

The crew were cosmonaut Oleg Kononenko as a commander, Andre Kuipers (ESA astronaut from the Netherland) and Donald Pettit (NASA astronaut). 

Information about crew members:

 

Donald Roy Pettit is NASA astronaut and chemical engineer. He is a veteran of two long-duration stays aboard ISS.

 

André Kuipers is ESA astronaut and a Dutch physician. 

Oleg Kononenko is a Russian cosmonaut from the Turkmen SSR.

 He has flown to ISS 4 times, as a flight engineer for Expedition 17 aboard Soyuz TMA-12, as a flight engineer on Expedition 30-31 aboard Soyuz TMA-03M, as a flight engineer on Expedition 44-45 aboard Soyuz TMA-17M, and as commander of Expedition 58-59 aboard Soyuz MS-11. Kononenko accumulated over 736 days in orbit during his four long duration flights to ISS.
