Original, authentic, spare nametag patch made for the flight suit of Japanese astronaut k. Wakata for his Expedition22/23 to ISS aboard Soyuz TMA-17, made by Kentaur- the manufacturer of space wardrobe used by cosmonauts and astronauts on International Space Station (ISS). 

Absolutely the same nametag were attached to the  Wakata's flight suit.

Excellent Condition.

S. Noguchi flew to the ISS on Soyuz TMA-17 on December 20th, 2009. He served as a primary crew member (as Flight Engineer) of Expedition 22 and Expedition 23.  While in space, he took many photographs of Earth which he shared via Twitter.  He returned to Earth on June 2d, 2010.
