Alexei Arbuzov (1908 - 1986) - Russian dramatist. Plays of Alexei Arbuzov successfully staged in many countries, and in the USSR literally descend from the stage ("Irkutsk Story" was put over 9,000 times just in 1960-1961). Many experiments in the Arbuzov forms suggest the influence of Tennessee Williams and John Osborne.
