Ivan Bagramyan (1897-1982) A Soviet military commander and Marshal of the Soviet Union, he was a well-known hero of the Great Patriotic War. Bagramyan was twice honored with the Order of Hero of the Soviet Union.

The 2-page document ( 12" x 8.1/4") is the military promotion of the Deputy Head of the Political Department of the 16th Lithuanian Infantry Division colonel-lieutenant Efim Kozlyuk to the next rank of colonel.
