Original, authentic spare nametag patch made for the flight suit of NASA astronaut Jeffrey Williams for his ISS Expedition 21/22, made by Kentaur- the manufacturer of space wardrobe used by cosmonauts and astronauts on International Space Station (ISS).

Astronaut Jeffrey Williams served as a Flight Engineer for ISS Expedition-21 and assumed command of Expedition -22 in November 2009 Soyuz TMA-16 arrived on the International Space Station with his crewmembers Flight Engineer Maksim Suraev and spaceflight participant space tourist form Canada Guy Laliberte. Williams and Suraev landed their Soyuz TMA-16 spacecraft on March 18, 2010, wrapping up a 167-day stay aboard the Space Station.
