A Venera 4 extremely rare highly detailed, large heavy handmade 1:8 scale model, made of cast metal and plastic composite. Consists of orbital and lander modules, parabolic and low gain antennas (both removable), fold open solar panels and a magnetometer bracket. Measures 19” tall with the base, and 21” when the panels are spread. The model comes with the wooden crate.

Venera 4 was first confirmed landing of a spacecraft to another planet and the first to perform in-place analysis of the atmosphere, detected a weak magnetic field and near surface temperature of 262 degrees C.
