Typed D.S. in Cyrillic, 1p. oblong 8vo.,8.1/2" x 6", on the letterhead of People’s Commissar’s Council of USSR, Moscow, Sep. 27, 1940, addressed to Peoples Commissar of Foreign Trade Y. Kaganovich (Lazar Kaganovich brother) Peoples Commissar of Finance Zverev, charging the Commissars to establish prices for farm production. Signed at the conclusion by Zemlyachka as Deputy of Chairman of Peoples Commissar’s Council of USSR in blue indelible pencil. Shows torn file holes at the left margin, else very good.
