Flown Spacesuit Orlan Nikolai Budarin Right Hand Glove


Right hand Orlan spacesuit glove bears two Mir stamps, bold signature of cosmonaut N. Budarin and inscribed Mir -25 in English under Velcro flap. This glove was used by Nikolai Budarin during EVA spacewalk on Mir EO-25 expedition.


Nikolai Mikhailovich Budarin is a Russian cosmonaut, a veteran of three extended space missions aboard the Mir Space Station and the International Space Station. He has also performed eight career spacewalks with a total time of 44 hours.

From January 28 to August 25, 1998, he participated in a space mission as a board engineer of the 25the long term expedition Mir EO-25 aboard the Mir orbital station. The Soyuz TM-27 launched crew Nikolai Budarin, cosmonaut Talgat Musabayev and ESA astronaut Leopold Eyhart.

Soyuz TM-27 landed crew: Nikolai Budarin, Tolgat Musabayev and Yuri Baturin.

 During the Soyuz TM-27 and Mir EO-25mission Budarin spent 207 days, 12 hours and 51 minutes in space.
