Leon Trotsky signed annotation

Leon Trotsky signed annotation in ink on a left corner of the service note (22 cm x 35 cm) from 1923 address to him. In the note on two pages it is discussed the organization of a new militia division in Belorussia from the remains of a 2nd Tulskoi division. Suggested that all the bed elements should be excluded and the best commissars drafted from the Red Army to serve in militia. There is a stamp of a secretariat of Revolutionary Military Soviet of Republic Trotsky wrote: All the members of Revolutionary Military Soviet of Republic should be notified and asked to take the necessary measures because this is obvious.
