Regulating presure valve from R-7 rocket engine. The R-7 Semyorka was the world's first intercontinental ballistic missile, deployed in 1950 and used as a rocket launcher for Vostok, Voskhod and later Soyuz spacecrafts. Extremely rare space artefact.
